The evening presents a menu of dishes inspired by The Mill House Chefs’ personal stories and told through Maui’s seasonal offerings. A combination of ingredients at their peak of flavor paired with creative minds and innovative techniques results in a truly unique culinary experience.
This is not a traditional dining experience! Guests are encouraged to get out of their seats, see the action, take pictures, and get to know the Chefs. The kitchen is steps from your table.
Seating is communal, offering diners the opportunity to connect with fellow food and drink enthusiasts. Our Wine Manager is on hand to recommend pairings. Throughout the evening the Chefs and host will speak about the courses, the farms, and offer their tips and anecdotes. Music, fresh air, a dinner party among old friends and new acquaintances.

A FEW DETAILS
This dinner includes a pour of sparkling wine served with the first course. Wine, beer, and handcrafted cocktails are available for purchase during the dinner service. Complimentary coffee is available with dessert. The number of courses may vary but is typically six and portions are adjusted to provide great value. Bread service and gratuity for the food menu is included. A bill for any purchased drinks and their desired gratuity will be presented at the end of service; only if such purchases are made.
We apologize, but no outside alcohol is allowed at Maui Chef’s Table, nor can we accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. Our goal is to create a unique culinary experience, showcasing the Chefs’ creativity. If you have specific preferences or allergies with food, you may prefer our full-service restaurant, The Mill House, located on the same property, where we can accommodate any allergies and dietary restrictions.
Dress code is casual but consider bringing a sweater or light jacket.
To ensure a consistent experience for all diners, only guests 11 years and older may attend.
